What are your responsibilities and career highlights?

Working as a receptionist at Hogan Lovells gives me the opportunity for constant personal growth. As a receptionist, I am often the first point of contact between our office and external clients and contractors, and this is where people skills are of the utmost importance. Thanks to our close cooperation with other Hogan Lovells offices around the world I am able to practice and improve my language skills.
Apart from being in charge of everyday administrative responsibilities such as dealing with correspondence and incoming phone calls, assisting with in-house meetings, and dealing with suppliers, I have to be able to quickly respond to any unforeseen events in the office and act on them appropriately.

What do you like most about working in Hogan Lovells?

The Warsaw office's Business Services is creating a strong, cooperative team, and it is extremely important for me to work in a friendly atmosphere where everybody treats you with kindness and mutual respect.
I very much enjoy the flexibility offered in my position. Not only am I able to gain new skills during my work, but I can develop my passions in my free time, not worrying that my work will be in conflict with my personal life. Presently, I am considering going back to the university and it is a great comfort knowing that I will have the full support of the rest of the Hogan Lovells team when it comes to flexible working hours.
