Since joining the corporate practice team in 2009, Arnaud has primarily focused on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions both on private and public companies as well as on private equity, restructuring and equity capital market transactions. Arnaud studied law at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and HEC (Post-graduate degree in Tax and Business Law 2007) and at Paris II Panthéon-Assas (post-graduate degree in Banking and Financial Law 2008) and he qualified as an Avocat à la Cour in 2009.

Advising Hub télécom, a subsidiary of Aéroports de Paris, on the sale of Masternaut Group to Francisco Partners and on the acquisition of Nomadvance Group.
Advising Astorg Partners on the sale of Geoservices Group to Schlumberger SA.
Advising Edmond de Rothschild Capital Partners on its acquisition of Béaba.
Advising the French State on the privatisation of a regional financial institution.
Advising Assa Abloy on its acquisition of Portafeu.
Advising a IDI (French Investment Fund) in connection with the acquisition of Winncare and Pennel & Flipo.
Advising on the acquisition by Noonday, Massena Partners and TwentyTwo Partners from LBO France and Deustche Asset Management of Financière SELEC (Powerhouse) (EV €1bn).
Advising Astronics Corporation in relation to its acquisition of PGA Electronic.
Advising Hi-Media in its spin-off with HiPay and the IPO of HiPay on Euronext Paris.
Advising Aéroports de Paris on various M&A transactions (e.g. TAV Group) and other corporate and governance advice.
Advising the management of Lilial on the sale to Naxicap of a minority stake (LBO).
Advising SANEF on the acquisition of the Transportation activities of CSSI.
