Successfully defended the Government of Vietnam in three investment treaty disputes across multiple sectors, including health, food, and tourism.
Acted for Iberdrola S.A. in an investment treaty dispute and settlement negotiations with the Government of Bolivia relating to the nationalization of the electricity sector.
We have advised both governments and private sector clients in several WTO disputes, including with respect to the GATT and the TRIPS.
