Elizabeth Prelogar assists on federal appellate litigation matters. She has briefed numerous cases before the Supreme Court, the federal courts of appeals, and the federal district courts. Elizabeth assists with matters involving federal white-collar criminal law, constitutional law, and intellectual property.

Before joining our legal practice, Elizabeth completed three federal clerkships, first for the Honorable Merrick Garland on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, then for Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and finally for Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan. Through her clerkships, Elizabeth gained significant experience in appellate law, criminal law, administrative law, and federal courts issues. Elizabeth graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was an Articles Editor on the Harvard Law Review and a finalist in the Ames Moot Court competition. She was also a national champion in the ABA Moot Court competition.
