Angela is a senior partner in Hogan Lovells dispute resolution practice. She has wide experience of litigation and arbitration in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Spain, Pakistan, Bermuda, Bahamas, Switzerland, France, Cayman, Chile and Hong Kong. Her claims experience includes confidential information, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty and professional liability, and is one of our lead partners in professional liability.
Angela heads the practice in contentious trust fund work, including pensions. In recent years she has specialised in this kind of work and is recognised as one of the leading experts in the UK on litigation involving pension funds. She has conducted a number of landmark cases in this area which have led to important developments in the law.
She is a member of the City of London Law Society Litigation Sub-Committee and the Pension Litigation Court Users' Committee. She was a founder member of the APL Pensions Litigation Committee on which she still sits. She has a long standing commitment to pro bono work in the City and is on the Advisory Council of the Solicitors' Pro Bono Group. She is acknowledged as a leader in the field in all the major directories.
