Sanjay is a senior associate in Hogan Lovells' Real Estate Team.
He has spent time on secondment to the in-house legal teams at ExxonMobil and M&G Real Estate.
Sanjay is experienced in all aspects of asset management including the grant of significant leases, sales and purchases and is a core member of a wider team that is acting on large scale development and redevelopment projects.
Sanjay has acted for a wide range of clients including large international institutional investors and corporate occupiers during his time with the firm.

Acting for Saga on its London Head Office relocation comprising of the grant of a significant lease.
Acting for The Crown Estate on a variety of matters concerning offshore wind assets.
Acting for Mars on the grant of two leases at a new development on Paddington basin.
Acting in conjunction with the wider Hogan Lovells' transatlantic corporate team on the acquisition of a global bio-pharmaceutical business.
Acting for M&G Real Estate in relation to on-going asset management, including shopping centres in the UK.
