Large corporations and private equity firms turn to Sandra Harris for a full range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, and corporate governance.
Sandra works closely with her clients to execute complex business transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, joint ventures, and private placements. Most of her transactional experience has been focused in the health care industry, but she has also represented clients in the hospitality, consumer products, and sports and entertainment industries.
Sandra is a member of the firm's diversity committee and believes in fostering an inclusive work environment. Sandra attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and leverages her Colorado network to maximize opportunities for clients. At the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Sandra was an editor of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. At Arizona State University, Sandra double-majored in finance and marketing, which she adapts to her everyday practice.
