As the General Counsel of Hogan Lovells US LLP, Maggie handles internal legal, professional responsibility, and risk management matters.

Maggie also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Ethics Committee and has previously served as a Hearing Committee member for the D.C. Board on Professional Responsibility, which is responsible for resolving claims of lawyer misconduct involving members of the D.C. bar.

Prior to joining the General Counsel’s Office, Maggie worked as an associate in the Litigation group. She has handled nationwide product liability and class action defense matters involving automobiles, pharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical devices in state and federal court. Maggie has also undertaken a variety of civil litigation matters including breach of contract, voting rights, wrongful death, adoption, disability benefits, civil protective orders, and employment discrimination.

Maggie clerked twice at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. She clerked for the Honorable Charles E. Erdmann from 2004-2006 and for the Honorable Kevin A. Ohlson in 2014. While at the court, Maggie worked on a wide variety of appeals concerning questions of constitutional law, evidence, criminal procedure, and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
